Before the doors open

Preparation begins hours before the first reservation. Sauces are reduced, herbs are picked, tables are set and checked. Our team walks through the evening together so that everyone knows what is coming and who needs what.

During service

Good hospitality is attentive without being intrusive. We try to read each table: when to share a recommendation, when to give space, when the next course should arrive. The goal is simple. You should be able to focus on the people you came with.
